Point Heating and Air very professional they tell you when they're leaving to go work on your job and when they're finished with it on the website they show the systems that they have already completed and they are very large complicated looking system so anybody that can do something like that has to know what they're doing and they're the people that you can trust to do it very happy that they could help me to finish this broken down system that somebody else tried to do but their experience was a very good experience very happy with with them thank you very much Service: HVAC system repair

Be patient with them. Theyre busy people and for good reasons! Theyre friendly, punctual, informative, intelligent professionals and I have zero complaints with them, especially Virgil! They saved me a lot of money when I needed a new compressor for my heat and air unit!

Excellent service, extremely quick response, excellent communication between service representative and customer. Very knowledgeable and thorough on explaining the issue at hand. Would highly recommend this company to do my HVAC work.

Would not recommend. Our coil went out spoke with them a month in advance and finally even though the unit was under warranty waited till the day after to call then said they needed to replace the whole unit because the warranty expired the day before and all of this a week after my mother passed which is who they where dealing with and new of her passing and was still no help at all.
