        We initially loved the dentist and the hygienists here, but I have never had a positive interaction with reception. I'm not sure who I've dealt with the last few times but they have been so incredibly rude and hateful, both over the phone and in person. One outright laughed on the phone when I asked if she spoke with everyone like that. I have kids with anxiety, they don't need to see that on top of being anxious over the dentist themself. We decided we just needed to switch and haven't had to deal with rude receptionists since. Sad because we liked Dr. Chad, but nice that we don't have to deal with attitude just signing our kids in.

        Waited 6 months just for them to keep putting me off until my insurance ran out idk how this place makes any money at all tbh

        I called to make a appointment sad to say they don't take care of senior citizens. I have full insurance through my SSI but they don't accept anyone on medicare
