        Service is not as good as it used to be. You can't make a payment there. You have to go through the individual insurance company. They cut jobs, but the premiums keep going up. It's hard to find out the balance of your account. You are only an account and not a person there anymore.

        Selena is so awesome to work with I made all kinds of changes to our policy it was late in the day she took her time answered every question I had added and took away things on our policy she was patient she was so kind just so friendly she made me feel like I was important not only to her company but to her directly we have been with Safeco for several years and I am just thoroughly impressed with their customer service with their insurance providers all the staff have been extremely friendly with us and Im very pleased and happy with the company and with the professionalism that they have given us over the years in every department very good job Selena is amazing. Their rates are very reasonable and Im very happy with how much money we have saved by switching to Safeco insurance
