I had purchased hearing aides at two other places. I never was offered any type of support after my purchase.
When I went to Beltone, I was totally surprised at their professionalism. These people know what they are doing!! They worked with me until I was comfortable wearing them. They even sent them back to the factory and had them customize them to fit my ear canal!
I would recommend them to anyone. Tim at the Beltone store in Canton is absolutely the best. He has made sure that I can hear well and that I am comfortable wearing them. Sometimes I forget that I have them on.
