        They will not pick up their phone. You will be on hold for hrs. Have tried calling about insurance car for 2 days now. They was supposed to have me a vehicle by last Monday and they never called me to let me know anything. Really badbabasbascostuservice

        Donovan Lyle, manager of the Enterprise in Summersville, WV., 19S, was amazing. I hit a deer, the Officer who responded to my 911 call, led us to the Enterprise office. Donovan was empathetic, genuinely concerned and had us in another vehicle and back on the road, almost immediately!
