Ms.Patty was a true Blessing with regards to the selling of my Mother-in-Laws house in Parkersburg Wv We were given Ms. Pattys contact info from a friend, and lets just say that this was the hardest part of the entire process!! Once Ms. Patty took the reins everything was handled in the selling of the property down to the finest details. Ms. Patty even found and had an issue corrected with the heat during the pre-closing walk thru!!! All I can say is this, if you have a real estate need in the Parkersburg area, do yourself a favor.. contact Ms. Patty !!!!!!

There are no words to describe not only the incredible realtor Patty is, but the friend she becomes. Patty genuinely devotes all of who she is into her work and it shows. From the beginning of listing a home to the closing, you can truly count on her. Blessed to call this woman the BEST realtor in the Mid Ohio Valley!

Patty exceeded our expectations from a realtor. It is such a stressful process selling a house, however Patty made it as stress free as a realtor can. She was so helpful in advising us how to proceed. We have seen Patty sell several houses in our neighborhood. They have all sold quickly and I have to credit her ability and experience in that too. She also sold our daughters and son-in-laws house just next door to ours. They also had a wonderful experience too. I cant say enough good on how our process went.

Patty from Legacy Real Estate was our realtor and she made the process not only painless, but fun. She made us look forward to looking at houses. Buying your first house is terrifying and confusing. But Patty walked us through everything and she was someone we were able to trust. She didnt just help us buy a house, she helped us find our home. Highly recommended!
