        Luis came out to our house twice for estimates. Both times he was more than 30 minutes late. The second time I had called after an hour and he told me he had forgotten the appointment. When we asked for the quote he said he would have to go home since he didn’t bring the info with him and that he would contact me that night. He never contacted me. I tried calling and texting the next day, along with several other times through the week. Luis still has not responded. Ghosting customers isn’t professional.
