Floors By Roberts

I have used Floors by Roberts for a number of tile jobs in my house. Christine the Designer, is very easy to work with and does an excellent job. The installer that has done my jobs is Harry and he is very, very good.

I was very pleased with Floors by Roberts! Christine was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has creative ideas. Lance and Jim did an excellent job installing our new wood flooring. The border that divided the two rooms was a little tricky, but their skills and expertise were evident. I couldnt be happier with the floor, and it was a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company!

We cannot recommend Floors by Roberts enough! They have been so fantastic to work with. They bent over backwards to help us when another contractor left us in the lurch. The quote they provided us was detailed and accurate so there would be no surprises. They were timely and responsive, and their prices were highly competitive. We feel like we really got our moneys worth. The LVP installer, Gus, and his crew, were meticulous and did a gorgeous job installing the new floor. There was a lot of mess ripping out old flooring but they vacuumed up after themselves every day. They also helped us with leveling a problem area in the floor that others said was going to take a lot more effort and money. Gus went out of his way to work weekends to complete this very large job to make sure that it could get done on schedule. The carpet installation was done to perfection. Marco did a great job, and the stairs looked amazing! There were a lot of details and transitions to install between rooms, stairs, etc., and Harry did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with Last, but not least, Nicki provided the coordination for everything and made sure the materials were ordered and delivered on time. We must have called Nicki a hundred times, and she was always helpful and pleasant to work with. I think if it hadnt been for her, this wouldnt have gone so smoothly. 5 stars!
