Leafguard Gutter Protection

Leafguard is absolute junk! Expensive junk! They dont work in rain, unless its a sprinkle and winter is worse! Nothing but icicles and ice damns! Horrible! And today the black ice that formed on my driveway from the icicles dripping caused me to slip and fall!

Had an appointment set up for 3/9/24. Company called the day before and verified we were still good to go. The day came and went; nobody showed, called, or texted to say that they would be late or wouldn't make it. Never received a call to reschedule. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

If you are asking for a quote, expect a sales person to show up and enter your house with a sales kit looking to close a sale no matter what. Sales guy even ended up making a fake phone call when I walked at the 10k quote he made for gutters to talk it down to less than half that much. I would suggest anyone considering these gutters to look at the $ per foot and comparing that offer to Home Depot before signing. The product is fine, it seems to deliver on the promise of keeping crud out of your gutters and elimination of gutter cleaning, the installers were OK too. My 1 star rating revolves around the whole sales experience and the collections of payment from the company. I like the product I bought but feel like I overpaid by 2x for what I got in gutters. Update 9/8/2023 - I was sold on 2 years of included adjustments and repairs, after the snow melted I noticed one of the gutters had split open at the downspout and contacted the local office. I was told that someone would be out to inspect it and 3 months later they never came. I sent a follow up email and it was blocked. I would not recommend this company or this product, there are others out there that do better quality work with a better customer experience and service. I am considering consulting my lawyer and exploring my options.
