        5 star experience this weekend! From the min. We walked into the hotel till checkout! The staff is amazing! We were in town for a hockey tournament, the staff went above & beyond to make our stay exceptional! Every single staff member has a smile on and were so kind & friendly! We rented the media room were the team played knee hockey & got to interact all weekend! They opened the breakfast a half hour early for early game time & let us bring pizza into the eating area for supper! The pool was large & clean & the hot tub always a hit! Our Hudson Wi. Hockey team B-1 won the tournament which made it also a more exciting time at the hotel! Thank you staff for working hard & making it a great stay! GO HUDSON RAIDERS!

        Everything was good. I wish that when you have an extended stay and they aren't refreshing the room that they would put enough towels for the whole stay. Everything else was great. Rooms: The room was very nice. I wish there was better lighting but it was bad. There were dirty towels in the room when we arrived and we had to skip for more towels too.

We refresh our rooms for stayovers every third day, so I tried to look up your reservation and I couldn't find your reservation.
