        The hotel management needs to better monitor the pool water quality and indoor ventilation! Our entire basketball team started with chlorine coughs, rashes, and itching, which lasted days after swimming.

        This is not the place to spend the weekend in the dome. The air quality was bad. Our family experienced sneezing and lots of coughing after spending 4 hours Friday night and 8 hours Saturday in the dome. Also we were very disappointed that the hot tub was just warm! Rooms: We had 5 rooms. One room had dirty sheets still on the bed. The rest were clean.

        Very nice hotel got nice pool hot tub and game area for the kids and pool table and ping pong table for kids to play has a bar in hotel u grt 2 free drink with ur stay each night per person just did not have a good stay this last time and i hope they will make up for it if not i don't know if i will go back Rooms: Depending how many people u have in a room some rooms are good some are small but the bed this time was horrible it was a queen and it was slanted ur head was way down and ur feet where up in the air it was nit a good bed at all Nearby activities: They have alot of things to do near by for kids and for family Food & drinks: They give u 2 free drinks with each night u stay 2 drinks per person

Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding our pool facilities on your recent visit. I have shared your feedback with our maintenance team to better handle these types of situations differently in the future. Feedback from our Choice Privileges members on their experiences is what we use to further our constant improvement.Our pools were just inspected by our local health department last week and passed with excellent results. Our equipment continuously monitors the chlorine levels and ph. balance in our pools and this equipment was functioning properly during your stay. We had high bather loads in our pools the nights you were here. This can cause pool water evaporation and increase the humidity in the pool area. Again, thank you for your time and valuable feedback.
