My house was down to 59 degrees. Called KP, they were at my house within 1.5hrs. Very polite, put covers on shoes to not drag snow and salt in house. Diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. Highly recommend them.

Rick has been servicing the HVAC in our primary home for at least 10 years. He did not install this unit but had made recommendations for improving its efficiency when vent piping was not installed correctly by the previous installer. When it came time to completely dismantle a very old system in our second property, relocate, and install all new systems and ductwork, Rick got the job done! Any time I have a question he is always willing to troubleshoot and offer suggestions before scheduling a service call, and his suggestions fix the concern 99% of the time. Big Thanks to Rick and his Team. Our AC went out and on the hottest day of this summer they arrived ahead of schedule to get everything replaced in a timely fashion.
