Got to waste an hour just to cancel policy. There is an option to do it online but, it is a lie. They will force your payment unless you spend a good hour listening to yadyada. Crooked liars.....

Worst insurance company ever. Do not reccomend. Even when you try to leave when you find better insurance I was charged a $30 cancelation fee per policy!! I will never do business with this company again.

The insurance company's performance leaves much to be desired. Despite initially offering a favorable policy, they abruptly terminated it based on a survey that we never even received. Consequently, we were compelled to reestablish our policy, only to find that they had added numerous unnecessary policies that significantly inflated our rate. If it were possible, I would give them a rating of zero stars.

I was just involved in an accident almost 2 weeks ago with a driver also insured by Progressive. Rather than tell the truth the other driver lied 100% and Progressive said in a he said she said situation that's just the way it goes. I will be shopping for new coverage. To be honest I'd rather pay more to someone else than pay anymore to Progressive. This after being a customer for years. I'm also disappointed that I wasn't sent a customer satisfaction survey. So, here it is. I gave Progressive one star because I had to give them something. I didn't deal with this office but dealt with a chain of 4 people in total.
