        To sum it up...lied to by the salesperson about what can truly be returned. Worst sleep ever, tried everything to keep the bed but just didn't work out. Went to return it knowing we would be out $250 for a restocking fee. NOPE TRY 4K. never will I ever recommend to anyone. Had they taken the base back different story.

        Fist off the lady was rude and looked me up and down and told me if I lay on the mattress I have to buy it very snarky........Charlie was the most unprofessional sales person I've ever met. He was rude here ripped a remote out of our hands and he walked away from us when he was trying to sell a mattress will never buy from this location missed out on two sales. Telling family and friends not to ever purchase from here. God bless

        We got the I8 and it's absolutely terrible. We hated it from the start. What's worse is the customer service. When you call within the trial period to let them know you don't want the bed, they trick you by saying they have a lift chamber kit they'll send you but it needs to be installed by technicians. It's literally a 1 inch thick foam that is maybe 20" wide and as long as the bed. It doesn't do anything except eat up your trial period so now your stuck with an expensive air mattress that is extremely uncomfortable. The irony is, I actually got better sleep on an $89 air mattress from kohl's at my cabin, then I ever have on this. Even with self adjust off, the bed would still adjust and wake me up. Now I'm stuck with a big investment that has worsened my back pain. It's your choice to buy one, I'm just telling you and making you aware of their tricks to get you over the trial period. These are simply over priced air mattresses with a little foam on the top. They scam you into keeping it just long enough for them to have no legal obligations after the trial period. Basically when the cheap foam breaks down and the air chambers sloping gets really bad. Just be aware!!!

Since we're not always able to confirm the information you were provided, we provide copies of our policies in store, on our website, and there also made available to you in the paperwork we ask you review and sign off at the time of purchase.
