Chad is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Chad was extremely responsive and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Chad was helpful in recommending improvements to the home, as well as special touches during staging. I live out of state and he made the process easy and flawless. Chad is an amazing person and the best of the best. He goes above and beyond for everybody! Any questions you have he answers and is available to help you pretty near 24/7. He assisted my fianc and I in finding the perfect home. He made us feel comfortable and educated about our purchase and stayed with us throughout the whole process! Followed up with our loan officer and helped make everything run smoothly. He truly listens to your needs and runs with it! So blessed to have him as our realtor. 10/10
