Kelly was very polite when addressing the concerns I had and scheduling my appointment. Jared was also polite and got right to work. He kept me updated as work progressed. He also pointed out other issues he noticed while completing the work and made suggestions to fix the problems. *Have used their services 3 times after this initial review. Each time they've been polite and able to schedule us quickly. Even have the patience to answer questions and even help with suggestions on DIY fixes.

I had an after hours toilet emergency. It impressed me that they actually answered the phone and I didnt need to leave a message like I had to with other companies. They replied promptly and were here in a timely manner to fix my issue. The gentleman was extremely professional, and very kind. Will definitely use them and recommend them in the future. I feel they were very affordable as well.

Picture this: newborn who cant be put down, 2 weeks from closing on a new home, house needing to be packed upwhats that? Your water heater decided to check out?! These guys were here 2 hours after I called and out and done by 1pm same day. I cannot tell you how much you helped us. I would never go to anyone else after such an awesome experience. Very satisfied with the work completed and how quickly it all came together. Met with Eric last week and he quickly had a plan on how to address our issue with the washer hose drain. Was back to doing laundry last night with all new plumbing setup that didn't spew water everywhere! Even had some extra work done while they were onsite to save time and money. We will definitely be reaching out to Tim Rausch Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Prompt response in scheduling and addressing our needs. Eric was efficient and honest with our repairs. Prices were fair and reasonable. I don't plan on calling anyone else for our plumbing repairs!
