        I worked with Dean Haack of Coldwell Banker Group. He was a phenomenal agent to work with in every way you can think of. He's very knowledgeable of the Fox Valley area and gives you his honest opinion about a home's location. He works to understand his client, what they value, family/work situations, etc. and will not push a home on anyone if he himself sees potential issues. Dean genuinely wants to find the perfect fit for his client and is willing to go the extra mile. During a several month search we looked at tons of homes before we got an accepted offer, and we never once felt like Dean was getting impatient or pushy. He is also incredibly helpful for first time home buyers such as myself who did not understand the process. Also, his experience has given him tons of insights on what to look for regarding the condition of the home (foundation, roof condition, HVAC, flooring, etc.)
