Rapid River Apartments

For the short time I was here, it really is a nice place! Very nice neighbors, the community room is amazing as well as the gym and surprisingly you don't really hear your neighbors or the people above or below you! Bree is also absolutely wonderful! The only thing that kind of sucks is that it's so close to a bar but other then that, it was great!

Great location, amenities, staff, views, and more. Unbeatable location 5 minute or less walk from several bars, a great restaurant and distillery, amazing riverwalk that runs through the entire city, as well as Circus World Museum. You can spend an entire weekend in nature, visiting one of the best restaurants in the area, and being immersed in Baraboos rich circus history with a live show all without needing to get in your car. You can fish in the Baraboo River right from the lawn. So close to downtown and its many events throughout the year that youre better off walking from home since you likely wont find as parking spot any closer. The building has shared community spaces that cant be beat. The on-site gym had everything you need. Weights, cardio, resistance bands and other tools and gadgets. Plenty of open space to set up and move around freely. Machines are high quality and brand new. The community room is fully furnished with multiple tables, chairs, couches, a TV, games and puzzles, fireplace, and a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and any other cooking utensil you may need. Plus, enough decorations to make the place feel so inviting, your guests may even ask if thats the unit you live in. The outside portion of the community room has a gas grill and patio sitting right on the river. Reserve the community room for free to host friends and family for holidays and other events. Youre close enough to the main entrance that youll be able to see all of your guests arrive. Greet them at the door and youre just a few steps through the impressive lobby before getting back to your party! Several monthly events are held in there as well to visit and get to know your neighbors. Also, the room is always stocked with free snacks and coffee. Secure and monitored mail room, so no more disappearing packages from your porch. Everyone has their own washer and dryer, private balcony, and dishwasher. Staff is top notch. Very friendly and responsive to whatever you may need whether its maintenance, any questions you may have, or just stopping by to say hi. Very knowledgeable about the building and surrounding area. There isnt a bad view in the building. Sit outside and watch the river go by, see circus wagons being moved about the grounds next door, sip a glass of whiskey while overlooking the very place it was distilled and aged, or just sit back take in Baraboos endless natural beauty in every direction. Whats not to like? New features, amenities, and dcor are frequently being added. Pick up dinner from any of the restaurants just a short walk away and bring it home to host a friend or two in the peace and quiet of your own balcony, or have the whole family over and reserve the community room to cook for and serve everyone. Ive never lived somewhere thats offered so much and filled with such great people. Whether youre new to the Baraboo area or have been here your whole life, youll feel at home here. Ive had nothing but great experiences in my time here so far. I couldnt design a better place for me to live if I tried. This place has it all!

I absolutely love living here. Secure place with friendly staff and the amenities are fantastic. Also very sound secure. I rarely hear anything from our neighbors. Highly recommend this place!

Had a lot of fun working on this project hope the tenants enjoy the underground parking garage , this apartment is in an awesome spot of baraboo , has a few local taverns to check out and great view of the water! Haven't seen how they have turned out yet but will someday
