        I am updating this review - Caresse canceled her services for my wedding 50 days before my big day. I reached out to her to confirm her arrival for the wedding day and she responded saying she would no longer be able to provide services. She did refer me to a colleague who was very thankfully available for the day. But it did create an incredibly stressful situation, I now have to pay for three beauty artists and several different trials because of the last minute cancellation. This requires more time off work for me and more travel time and gas. I do wonder what would have happened if I hadnt reached out to confirm her arrival, if I would have even had 50 days notice of her cancellation.

        Caresse was amazing to have as our wedding hair stylist!!! She was so calm and kind and was also punctual and paid attention to detail. I decided not to do a hair trial but sent Caresse inspiration pictures and she completely exceeded my expectations!! Also, she was so flexible in adding a few extra people that wanted their hair done. I highly recommend Caresse Rose Hair Co!

      I am so saddened to see this review after I have done everything in my power to resolve this issue. I am truly sorry that I can’t be available for your wedding on 5/25. This is why I contacted you right away (on 4/2). Without going into personal intimate details, I had to cancel our contract due to my daughter graduating highschool out of state in Colorado on the same day. I looked at purchasing a ticket to fly separately than my infant son and husband to stay to work your wedding but I couldn’t find a flight that would allow for it. I also have to be mindful of caring for my infant son as well and being present for my daughter and family.Because of scheduling issues with my virtual assistant as soon as I saw the issue I contacted you and immediately refunded you back the save the date fee and over half of the trial fees, out of good faith and exceeding my cancellation policy per our signed contract. I expressed to you my sincere apologies and disappointment in my virtual assistant and that I wanted to make sure you are taken care of on your wedding day. I also didn’t want you to feel left in the lurch so immediately sent my most trusted colleagues info, 2 other professionals and then sent a follow up email in the hour with an additional 9 other professionals and teams who are available and wanting to work with you on your wedding day. All of these options and solutions were sent within 2 1/2 hours of my original email. I’m currently still sending you emails of other wonderful professionals who are available and wanting to work with you. I have expressed my sincere apologies for this mistake and have done and will continue to keep doing everything in my power to help you find a hair and makeup artist for your wedding date.
