        Worst customer service ever! I booked a trip for a friend and then had to cancel the trip. I was only given the option of an economy non-refundable ticket when I booked; and as a result greyhound refuses to refund my money, the only thing they can do is "document my complaint" As a result I am now out the $195 price of the ticket.... I will NEVER do business with greyhound again!
