I approached Amanda who seems to be the floor advisor and ask for help. instead of taking a few moments to help she directed us to someone else. That someone else didnt acknowledge me or my lady as she was talking to another co-worker. That was frustrating.
What was more frustrating is the lady who had been working at the register (there was a line of people trying to check out) helping to make the store money had to take time from doing that to help us.
To me its rude no matter the position. Amanda should have just helped us
Ive been looking around and it seems the managers dont really help out. The only ones doing good work are the ones who arent apart of management.
Btw I was the wearing the bright green eagles jersey. Id be surprised if amanda remembers knowing she barely paid attention to the store guest.
