Well I can't say I was satisfied with the room at all. Came up to get my significant other settled in as he'll be working here for a few weeks. Decided to get the queen whirlpool suite.. Boy was that a disaster, the room had a terrible stinch along with gnats galore.. let them know and all we got was an "oh it's that time of season".. really. Just paid 3hundred odd dollars for a week and that's the best you could do?? Really sucked.. no compensation no nothing.. made other arrangements for the remainder of his stay...

Booked their Whirlpool | 1 Queen Bed room for 2 nights. When I arrived the room reeked with the smell of urine. Someone had peed on the bed. They'd changed the sheets, but not the bed. The heat running in the room made the smell worse. We asked for a new room, and got a discount on a King bed. Needless to say; we cut our stay to 1 night only.
The bathroom door was a huge issue too. The bathroom itself was small. The door swung inwards. Sitting on the toilet it would hit my toes. If your partner didn't know this, it would cause serious injury if it wasn't locked. The door needs to swing outwards. Plenty of room for it. Terrible oversight.
Whirlpool: Not like the pictures. Comfortably fits one. Very deep. Not elderly friendly at all. Very high step to get in. Room to put an additional chair inside. We didn't get to test it out at all seeing as the room smelled like fresh urine, but we were disappointed that it wasn't already set up for a couple like in the pictures.
Staff were all friendly. They were willing to switch the beds from another room the following day, but we decided it was best to leave. They did try to make it right though.
Rooms: Beds are hard and cheap. Linen was fresh and clean. Remote was dirty from a kid. We cleaned it with a towelette. Wi-Fi is free but slow.
Nearby activities: Devil's lake is a short drive away, which was the whole point of our visit.
Wisconsin Dells is close by as well.
Tumbled Rock Brewery & Kitchen has some of the best appetizers I've ever had. The Kitchen and Brewery sell the same food and drink, so stop in either one. We loved it.
Noteworthy details: The breakfast is good. The waffle mix is a very watery based mix that turns out a really crispy waffle. Biscuits and gravy weren't bad, just add a little salt. Only 2% milk available, but not the end of the world. Sausages and scrambled eggs. Yogurt and orange juice. Muffins and bagels. Very happy with breakfast. Two TVs. Was quiet. Air conditioner in the dinning room.

I stayed here with friends over the weekend and everything was great! The room was spacious and comfortable. The entire facility was in good repair and very clean - kudos to the maintenance and cleaning crews! The breakfast was more than expected with plenty of hot, cold, and fresh choices. The location was good as well. Every staff member we had contact with were friendly and professional. We would highly recommend this property!

Great Place to stay. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was hot and there were lots of choices. Price was good. Everything was good. Would def stay here again!!!
