        I've changed to Dish Network about 3 years ago now, and as I did so I was able to subscribe through a local company, (Star Connection at Baraboo, WI.). I've been very happy with them and even though I'm simply a one family homeowner I appreciate being able to communicate with a local person rather than an 800 number that takes me to ?????

        Sunday night during the NFL playoff game it was noticed that our CBS channel was not broadcasting on our system. I called Tech Support and within 30min they were able to remotely reset our smart box and the channel came back on. Then first thing this morning I received a follow up call to make sure the issue was resolved. I cant say enough about the Customer I have receive time after time. Tech Support 10/10 Customer Service 10/10
