Update 11/10/22 I have been going to Intention Massage Therapy for 5 or 6 years now and I would recommend Kate to everyone. She really helps with sore shoulders, neck and head. Whole body really. Original: I have been going to Kate for the last 5 months for massage therapy specifically to help with my migraines and to help with my upper back tension for the migraines. This therapy does help, and overall, in combination with the other therapies I am doing this is absolutely helping. Kate talks to you before each session and modifies each session to what you need. Deeper intense pressure, more head/face work, shoulder work. I recommend Kate to everyone I know, she is very knowledgeable in the different methods of massage therapy.
