I’ve heard about the one bashing this company. Don’t trust people who lie to find money when they can’t fix their own problems. Mr. Machtan and Mr. Reinhardt are good, honest people.

I am beyond disappointed with Harry and his practice. We recently sold and purchased a home with one of his realtors, Josh Reinhardt, and had major roof problems and over $1,000 dollars of water damage in our new home within 2 months of buying. My husband being an Army veteran, we used the VA for our home loan. The VA is very rigorous with aspects of homes they back, the roof being one. We knew the roof on our new home was not in the best shape, and we knew that we may not get the house because of that very reason. Mr. Reinhardt insisted that roofers had been out to inspect it and said it was good, so we moved forward with the purchase, trusting him as a friend. We do not know if they purposefully lied or maybe thought it wasn’t as bad as the roofers said it was, but Josh led us on to believe that the roof was good, not full of holes as one roofer (when I finally got his contact information) later told us (that he had told Josh). Harry and Josh both knew that not only was the VA expecting the roof to be good, but that we could not afford to buy the house and reroof it immediately, and still chose to not fully disclose the condition of the roof with us. It has been a terrible experience working with them, especially when they now refuse to give us paperwork (the inspections from the roofers) that we should have, which leads us to believe that the paperwork does not exist, that no official inspection was actually done. We were relying on them to speak in our best interest, and unfortunately, we do not feel that was done Additionally, when we attempted to discuss this matter with them, they gaslit us, offered cheap roofers, and then shamed us for using the money from the proceeds of our previous home to pay off a credit card. All we wanted was someone to walk us through how this could've happened and what was missed, but they have been unwilling to do that. We would like to prevent others from experiencing this.
