Droopy eyelids: Blepharoplasty (remove extra lid skin), Ptosis repair (raise the upper lid). Droopy brows: A low brow can push upper lid skin downward. Treatment includes endoscopic, pretrichial, midforehead, direct and internal brow lifts. Eyelid skin cancer: He works with dermatology Mohs surgeons who carefully remove the cancer, and he then repairs the defect. Ectropion: eyelid turns out away from the eye. Entropion: eyelid turns in, with lashes rubbing against the eye. Trichiasis: Eyelid is in normal position, but lashes rub against the eye. The orbit:Orbital inflammation, tumors, and fractures. Thyroid eye disease. Enucleation, evisceration and exenteration. The tear ducts:A blocked tear duct can cause tearing. Dr. Pariseau has been the president of the Wisconsin Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 2016.
