        They close their grills 30 minutes before they actually close so I wasn't actually able to order anything even though there was 30 minutes left before the store actually closed thought it was a little ridiculous I had been to Rosati's before they have amazing food but I don't understand why they would say they're open till 10:00 and then close their Grill at 9:30

        Got order confirmation at 9:14pm. ETA 60mins, called at 10:30! Delivered to wrong address No call No alert saying on the way 8 of us still waiting to eat at 10:44pm!! For my troubles I was offered a 2liter of soda.

        It use to be good, I don't know what happened to it. There's no crunch on the thin sliced, only tastes like you're eating a dried sponge. Everything is to greasy, covered with too much cheese. I'd skip it, pizza is a 4.6

        We are staying at a hotel in Wisconsin dells and had delivery, the foo was excellent they only down fall was we asked for plates and napkins since the hotel has nothing and the delivery person didn't bring anything even though it was listed on the receipt.

      Andres, we are sorry you had a bad experience with delivery. Mistakes sometimes happen. As soon as you notified us that you hadn't received your order we remade your food and delivered it to you as quickly as possible despite the kitchen already being closed. You ended up having to wait around 30 extra minutes for you food. 90 minutes is not unreasonable for a pizza delivery on a busy Friday night. If you felt so strongly that the service was not acceptable we would have appreciated you letting us know over the phone so that it could be resolved rather than indicating that everything was all right and then leaving a 1 star review.
