        Great time we had. Really did like this place and were considering it for our next trip. Got a day pass that ran almost 200 bucks for 2 of us. Dropped another 18 on locker, then 50 on lunch and somehow refills werent allowed on a 12 dollar soda we bought. This is a one star for the simple reason of that is absurd and ridiculous. Keep in mind its a fountain drink you have to fill yourself. But u have to scan your cup before the fountain machine turns on. Seriously one of the more greedy things ive seen at a resort. The 15 dollars for unreturned water park towels is a close 2nd on the greed scale. UPDATE dont be fooled that customer service is responding by seeing them respond saying to msg them. I emailed twice as they requested and havent received any response. Instead of dropping a couple grand on a stay here this fall we will go to the wilderness or kalahari. All over a soft drink lol. Good business format yall. UPDATE so they emailed me three seperate times asking what happened and i responded 3 times and got no further response. This is now almost 3 weeks old. Their customer service is a joke.
