Only giving this location a bad review because the one in lake Delton for some mysterious reason says they are permanently closed walking in I was treated like a ghost as if I didn't exist for 7 min so stood in the middle of the store waiting for someone to help me or even say a single word to me it wasn't until I announced my self with a "is anyone going to acknowledge I'm even here" and at that point I was berated by the employees saying I should shut up and wait my turn absolutely disgusted by the way your employees treated me and will be filling a full report

Randy Burchett helped us add a new line for my Grandparents and he was absolutely wonderful. He helped her keep her number, which was very important to her. He was also so patient with her. He explained the basic functions to her in a nice easy way, transferred her contacts and pictures, and did his absolute best to make sure she understood how to use her new phone. He was also friendly and enjoyable to work with, we had a great conversation while waiting on hold with her old carrier. It's no wonder this AT&T has so many awards and great employee retention. I hope he's around to help her in the future since we live all the way in West Bend.
