Paul was my agent for the sale of my house and Diane also helped with the process. Made it easy for me and they were always very helpful and responsive. I had absolutely no experience when purchasing my 1st home and Diane made everything super easy. All the housing inspections, plumbing, sewer, everything was so easy and organized. I called Simonson Real Estate & Auction Service over a year ago when I saw their sign on some property for sale in an area that I was interested in purchasing land. I talked to Diane who let me know that the property had just sold. She took my name and number and said she would call if another property in the area comes up for sale. Nearly a year later, I received a call from Paul from Simonson Real Estate letting me know that a property in that neighborhood was for sale and if I wanted to go walk the land that weekend because it would most likely sell quickly. While I was unable to purchase that property, I used Paul from Simonson Real Estate for another land purchase a few months later. The transaction with Paul was great and he gave good advice. I am very happy with the service.
