Lakeland Overhead Door LLC

Had two recent experiences with this company. They installed two separate doors at different times. One was a commercial door the other was a small residential door. The smaller door needed additional work to be done to make sure the door would seal better as well as attach to the build better. They were able to perform the required work the SAME day and complete the install. Amanda in the office called me immediately to let me know once the issue was discovered and offered solutions. She was so friendly and helpful thought the entire process, she answered multiple phone calls and questions. Jeff came out personally to meet me on the commercial door and double check measurements to ensure the proper door was ordered. Price was very good and customer service was above and beyond. Will DEFINITELY be doing business with Lakeland Overhead Door again!!! Thank you team for such a wonderful experience.

We had them out to fix our garage door yesterday. They were very pleasant to work with. Everything from our phone call to schedule an appointment to when the technician was finished. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and calling them again for future work.

This place has horrible customer service and has no clue, literally no clue, including the lady that answers the phone. Rate them a zero if I could.

I ran my own garage door company in central Wisconsin, after shutting it down I began referring people to Lakeland. I have only had positive feedback from those referrals, glad to have a company I can trust to help my former customers.
