10/10 - We weren't able to work directly with Cesspool Cleaner Company but Becci was absolutely amazing. She sent us in the right direction with someone that was able to accommodate our needs. She gave us great recommendations & was so very kind. Her customer service is great, give this woman a raise! ;)

These guys are AMAZING! I have one of their units at my construction site. It's always been exceptionally clean since the time it was delivered. They had to respond to an emergency last week and contacted us advising they're running late. Because it's so well maintained and clean, we told them it wasn't necessary to come this week, however, they insisted. We got an unnecessary repeated apology, and they still managed to get the unit serviced in a timely manner....they truly go above and beyond, and obviously take great pride in providing the best service.

Just came from Country Jam weekend! Ive never seen such clean potties! Never once was one over full, dirty or out of paper! Kudos to all of the employees!! Very impressive! Keep up the great job!

I was at a music festival in Wisconsin and these folks were doing the work so everyone had a clean outdoor facility to use and they were by far the cleanest I've ever came across. As a regular festival goer, often times just opening a door to one of these units can change your weekend for the worst. These guys and girls worked non stop making rounds cleaning them inside and out. Making small talk with the workers throughout the weekend they were all super friendly and in good spirits which is hard to expect for dealing with a crowd of that size. Every venue/show I have been to since then just reminds me of how I wish all facilities were taken care of as well as theirs but they're not. Keep up the good work cause every one else is not even as close to as clean or professional as you folks!
