I wanted to love this place. They got me in last minute and they had seemed child friendly. The only reason i am giving a 2 star and not a 1 star is because the reception/ techs are extremely friendly and kind. The vet is an interesting person. The way she talks to people, the tone of voice and facial expressions is off. I asked why my dog might be experiencing bowel issues and instead of answering me with real facts.. she dodged the question like a politician and started ranting about how "shepherd and shepherd mixes have problems". I have a dutch shepherd. My dog's parents are imported from holland, have genetic tests and have hip and elbow x rays. They have titles that less than 200 dogs have globally. There are around 12,000 dutch shepherds registered, that have been a breed since the 1800s. There is not a bunch of backyard breedinf and health issues for my dog. There are millions of german shepherds just in the united states alone. That still is all irrelevant to my dog having diarrhea. She told me my dog food had too many fillers. When my dog food has real meat in the first ingredients. You told me without hills science diet that my dog would not "get better". The food you recommended, rice, corn, peas and more all before meat, talk about fillers. Not to mention i googled the medication the vet gave me. They gave the wrong dosage for my dogs weight according to charts. My dad called his vet and they are supposed to take this medication 2 times a day and not 1 time a day, they were not able to speak on the medication dosage issue because legally they haven't seen my dog at his vet. This does back information i found online though. Not only that she wanted to muzzle my 6 month old puppy that barked when she was startled by the vet entering the room. I have lived in 5 different states and seen a lot of vets for my other dog due to moving. This is the first time i have had to write a review like this.

Sharon and I bought our Sophie in for her shots. They greeted us very friendly and answered all our questions about Sophie. Especially being new pet owners. I would definitely recommend them!!

Dr. Nasal and the staff are very good working with my cat. Appreciate the quick service and reasonable pricing.

Was very friendly staff and vet. Very knowledgeable with reptiles and im sure with other exotics as well. They answered all my questions and didnt try to upsell unneeded services. Will definitely be returning and recommending this vet to everyone
