        Best. Bank. Ever! Everyone here in the Eau Claire branch has been so loving and nice to us. Especially to our dog Vega! They have loved him to pieces since he was a puppy and seen him grown throughout time They always do everything right and have never had an issue!

        I've been banking with Charter for over 8 years and loved them. Ever since Nicolet took over 4 months ago,I have had nothing but fees charged to my accout. Never was I charged ATM fees or check fees. Time to close this account!

        If you are under 40 I would avoid Nicolet Bank as they are stuck in the old banking ways. Online banking and systems are terrible. End up having to go TO the location to do anything. I have problems that I simply don't have with my accounts at bigger banks with good online banking. Attention to detail has been missed many times over the about 8 years I have had an account with Nicolet (Charter). Problems recently have been the final straw and we will be moving away from this bank.
