Website advertises $6500-$8000 snap on dentures. Go to get an estimate on uppers comes out to $17,200. Yes just for one arch. But don't worry sir you can finance rest. Don't fall for their scam. Someone should sue them for false advertising. ( I'm sure they will post some reply about needed extra services or work which is true I needed 7 teeth pulled also so that must account for the $9,000 difference)

I started going to Aspen Dental over a year ago and started Invisalign soon after my first cleaning. These aligners are a pricey commitment, and I felt I was not given much instruction during my consultations - most things I later learned from a family friend whos a dental hygienist - and I didnt know what questions to even ask. Fast forward to my final consultation when I transition from trays to a retainer. I was told my retainer should be delivered within a few weeks, but I didnt hear anything from the office by then. I waited another week or two before I started calling the office to receive an update, but I had to leave messages. After over a month of calling without a call back, I went to the office in person to actually talk with someone. They seemed annoyed with me and told me they would call when the order was delivered. I finally picked up my retainer after about two months of waiting. My biggest complaint in all of this was the utter lack of communication. I am now trying to transfer over to a different dentistry and am once again needing to call Aspen Dental to request my files be sent over, and leave messages with no call back. Never returning there again.

Aspen Dental has a lot of things going for it with a comfortable clean waiting area, friendly staff, professional dentists and the ability to get in the same day for emergencies. I broke a front tooth crown earlier this year and was seen by Aspen the same day which was wonderful. They gave me several options and I decided to get an implant to replace the broken tooth. The owner Dr. Feilen who normally works at a different office was there and helped me out and inspired a lot of confidence. She pulled the tooth and carefully put the implant into my jaw. I had my healing plate within 2 days so I was not without a tooth for long which was wonderful. When it comes to payment, try to pay only for the procedures that are going to be completed for each visit and be sure to take home a copy of everything signed and ask for any supporting documentation. I prepaid for everything, waited 8 months to get the finished tooth and had several refunds that took months to receive. You should immediately get the Aspen insurance program if your total bill is over $500. After 4 months of healing, annoyances were amplified. The scan for my new crown went well enough, although Aspen in Eau Claire seems to have a lot of employee turnover, so lots of questions where things are which slowed progress a bit. To make a long story a bit shorter, Aspen made three crowns that were installed 4 times over the next several months. Two crowns were not torqued and were loose at my next meal. I drove almost 2 hours each way to the owners practice where she torqued the crown. All of these were sitting forward of my other teeth instead of in line with them. After the torqued crown moved several times, I asked the owner to thoroughly review my records and drove to her office again. She discovered that the brand name she used for the implant was not what the Eau Claire dentist used to manufacture the first two crowns causing it to not seat properly. So if anyone on the web is searching for Implant Crown Moves as I did, it could be that the brand of implant does not match the abutment. She finally had the lab make a new crown and abutment with the proper brand and also provided instructions to align the fronts of the teeth. It was also made with separate abutment and crown which offered her more flexibility than the previous combined ones. Dr. Feilen was amazingly careful to do a perfect job of installing the final crown and my wife and I are both pleased with the final result. All in all, Aspen Dental is a great place to get general dental work done, but be very careful and work with only one dentist if getting an implant. I am pleased that Dr. Feilen continued working with me to get my implant done perfectly without extra charges or legal involvement. I did not ask for a discount for all the extra hassles since her businesses also invested a lot extra. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Dr. Feilens abilities but unfortunately will not be working with her Eau Claire location in the future due to the aggravation due to failure to read charts, the high employee turnover and more than half of my appointments being postponed.
