I went to Oliver Agency based on the numerous great reviews from others in the community. They were helpful when we initially started; however, communication between our agent became very poor. On many occasions, I found myself having to reach out to the agent multiple times to get a response. This became frustrating so I emailed another agent, asked to not work with my previous agent but also did not get a response from the new agent. When asked to end my policies, my agent did not send me the appropriate documents until I followed up a week later. I found this process to be very disappointing. I was also able to find better rates from a different company. They eventually do their job but may not be very responsive.

We've been with Oliver Insurance Agency for many years. I trust them to always find me the lowest prices for the best plans. They have great customer service and enjoy saving people money.

I've been with many different insurance agencies over the years. Once I found Oliver I haven't even thought of going elsewhere, nor have had a need to. I love when I get a call out the blue from them, telling me they can save me even more money. Who knew there was so many ways to save. Why didn't the other companies do that for me?? Just saying.. I'm really glad that with the cost of everything imaginable on the rise, I have these professionals to help not pay so dang much. Thanks again, and keep keeping money in my pocket.

We've been with Oliver for so many years. They have always been helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Although they are all wonderful, Stephanie is always on top of my family's insurance needs.
