Ive struggled to get contacts timely and opted to go elsewhere for them. Was told itd be a few weeks, 4-6 weeks go by, no one called me back. I stopped into the store to finally grab my glasses and asked about my contacts which didnt exist. Asked for my prescription so I could get them on my own and it wasnt even for the contacts I asked for. Called them later to get it figured out, was on hold for 7 minutes and asked to leave my name and number and theyd call me back. I will never walk out of an eye exam without appropriate prescriptions in my hand so I can get glasses and contacts on my own and I certainly wont be going back to a visionworks.

Have bought at least a dozen pairs over the years and extremely satisfied with the exception of a couple years ago because of a totally incompetent employee working there.But as a rule I have always been extremely satisfied with my glasses from here! This past week I picked up 2 new pairs and the gals were efficient and friendly! I recommend this place to everyone!

I stopped in to have the bow in my glasses repaired as the screw fell out. I purchased the glasses from this store. The employee who waited on me had no idea which screw to use. I suggested she look up the frame for assistance, but she did not do that. She got more and more frustrated trying to get a screw in the bow of my frame. At one point, in front of customers she said, Gosh I hope we do not sell many of these frames! Seriously? She also said in front of customers you must have done something to these glasses! I was embarrassed and quite frankly appalled that an employee would speak to someone like this. She finally gave up and asked the general manager (who was in the back the whole time) to come and help. This employee did, and she was friendly and professional.
