        Drew was a very friendly technician. He introduced himself and went over what the order was with me. He explained that there was a couple of areas that he was not sure he could get out. I watched and he certainly tried hard to get those spots out. He did get two but we still have two that did not. But we were made aware before hand by Drew so it was not a shock. He was up front and honest about the job and procedure.Drew worked consistently without taking a break. I would highly recommend Drew for a technician.

        Drew came and did our carpets. Nice guy he even moved the couch and did behindit. Definitely a 5 star job.

        Called the morning of appt. as technician was ill. Rescheduled appt. , by after thinking about, went to Fleet Farm to rent a Rug Dr. as next morning leaving for cataract surgery out of town and no way can do after surgery. Save $130.00 doing it myself and canceled the rescheduled appt. 2 stars only because I could not go further.
