Amazing experience thanks to Carol, hygienist, and Sue behind the front desk. Both are so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Couldnt ask for a better dental experience and will keep coming back as long as Carol is there!

Lack of communication. The staff at the front desk have been replaced due to how horrible they were with billing and generally everything. My boyfriend and myself have had multiple times where they were charging us wrong, I'm taking hundreds over what we were supposed to be charged. When asked why it was different, they just say "oops that's not right", change the total and then can't tell you why it was different. There were a few time the dentist (this was on3 of the two dentists that were there before the current one now) came out to correct them at checkout. You never know if youve paid the correct amount or not, they wont tell you. While the new staff is trying, there is only so long after starting that you can blame the inadequate care and communiaction on the last people. I've got a 20 balance from 2022 that I was just made aware of in January. Now they say the block is on my account so I can't be seen to close the hole in my tooth from the root canal I had to get. This wouldn't be a problem if we hadn't been trying to take care of this for months. I'm promised a call back more than once and I don't ever get a follow up. My boyfriend went in to have a crown put on and the dentist shaved a tooth down that was not damaged, without asking, instead of redoing the crown. I am truly disappointed with my experiences at this dentistry and I will no longer be returning. Months of disappointment, lies, and excuses have taken their tole. I no longer trust this dentistry or their staff.

So incredibly disappointed in how we were treated today. We have been going to this location for over 5 years and never ever had an issue everyone has always been so nice. My husband called in the morning for a copy of a bill to be emailed it was 8 am when he first called. Unfortunately the receptionist he dealt was extremely rude to him. If you know my husband you know he is the easiest guy to get along with super nice! I then had to call at 11am and was put on hold for 15 min where I had to hang up and call back the same receptionist answered was short with me but told me she would have it emailed momentarily. In the end it was never emailed I went in to get it where I waited a decent amount of time for 2 girls in the back room to finish chatting. A hygienist finally came out I explained to her everything that had happened, the incredibly rude receptionist my husband and I both dealt with came marching up and stated she was getting to it and I would have it. I asked for a print out received it turned to leave where she yelled at me she was not rude to my husband I curtly replied she was and left. Alyssa I dont know where Sue was today but if she still works there you have a thing or 2 to learn about customer service and how to treat people. Because of this treatment we will be leaving Midwest Dental you just lost 4 patients over something so easy. Kindness goes a long way!
