I recently visited Woods Floral and Gift to pick up a Valentine's Day bouquet I had pre-ordered for my parent. Despite the busy holiday rush, I encountered significant issues with my order. The staff couldn't locate my flowers promptly, causing delays as I was on a tight schedule due to working nearby. When the bouquet was finally found, it was not what I had requested - featuring purple flowers when I had asked for something entirely different. To add to the frustration, the service I received was unacceptable. Staff members were dismissive, displaying a lack of professionalism and rudeness when I raised concerns about the incorrect order. Slamming down another customer's order and displaying a negative attitude towards my valid inquiries were unnecessary and unwarranted. The quality of the flowers was subpar, some not even fully bloomed, and overall, the arrangement did not match my expectations. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Customer service should be consistent, especially during busy periods like Valentine's Day. I left feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. If you want flowers from somewhere I do not recommend Woods Floral and Gift based on my recent experience. If a business cannot handle the pressures of peak times and deliver on customer expectations, improvements are necessary. I hope this feedback helps in addressing the issues faced and improving the overall customer experience in the future.
