    My husband forgot while leaving his review to add that they charged my mothers card days after we had left for a total of $250 extra dollars for a spot of non toxic whasable paint on the sheets. My motherbpayed for a night for us days before so why were they charging her card? We've stated at thier hotels now close to 3 months straight and payed well over $6000 and I've watched them treat customers Ike criminals. They seem to see everyone below them especially if not willing to pay cash

    Unfortunately, we have been staying at Wyndham hotels/motels now for over a total of 50 days in the last 2 months. Super 8 was ine that we thought knew how to treat the customers right as we just stayed with them for our most recent week or more stay. We had once again gained enough of Wyndhams member reward points to get a 2nd night free during this time as a result. The owner at Super 8 asked for a card to hold a fee of 50.00 which would be given back 7-10 business days after check out. Now, we were just doing a one night stay this time with our free earned rewards night , not another booking of 3-4,5 day stay. We just wanted a break from staying with in-laws while inbeweteen homes for moving. That said I simply didnt bring a card with a extra 50.00. I had mentioned to the manager that sometimes they bring up this incidential charge and other times when checking in they dont. So , since it was one night this time, just myself and my wife would he be able to let it go. Nope, the manager/owner rudely proceeded to state that since i was getting a free room I should be able to pay that or I could even give him CASH!! "40.00 cash is fine" he said. Right there it was made clear that because I had gotten to use our earned rewards points for a free room (after spending thousand's of $$ on regular room rate stays for the last 2mon, that he wanted me to pay something for the room. That free wasnt acceptable even though it had been earned following Wyndham's guideline's. Now why if this charge is just for possible incidentals and I would just be getting it back after checkout, we were returning extended stay guests, who make sure to keep any roon rented cleaned up, have recently left the establishment a nice review (regardless if there were things throughout our recent stays that we werent particularly happy with), and we had still planned & needed to book more dates coming up further (which it could safely be assumed we would be booking with them) meaning we'd be back spending our dollars with Wyndham and Super 8 again adding to the total of days stayed and money paid, considering all that ....... why would waving this 50.00 amount for us not be something he could do? ? Well, after getting told i could pay cash for the incidentals, the amount dropped from 50.00 to 40.00, and knowing how we have booked before and hadn't had this charge come up, that all this hotel did not want me to have a free night. That no matter what they were going to get me to pay some way or another. It was clear that they could care less how much money we have already shelled out for rooms recently at the full rate with them or Wyndham. They could careless that you were a returning customer or not and if yiu were going to be spending more money with them coming up again or not, that they would rather play games with random incidental charges or cash payments for incidentals. They only care about money. Free is not acceptable. Knowing full well that once we made the reservation we can't cancel it without losing those rewards points we used for the free stay. But in the end with out hesitation he said OK and cancelled our 1 free night stay there at the not so super 8 hotel. We lost all those points. Didn't get the one night away had hoped for and Wyndham and Super 8 have lost ANY and ALL of our and our families, friends, coworkers, future business staying there. So hopefully that 40.00 cash, 50.00 returnable credit charge for "incidentals" for a extended past and future stay guest fee was worth it for Super 8 hotel cause that will be the last time I am in their lobby listening to some sneaky bullshit way of get out of letting a customer enjoy their rewarded free room. Cant let that happen now can we?!?

    Great price friendly staff beds are amazingly comfortable right in the heart of all the food district Close to highway 41 Rooms: Rooms were very well maintained Safety: Staff is always present for safety Food & drinks: The breakfasts are always great eggs, sausage, pancakes and/or waffles in cereal and bagels and all the juice you can drink as well as coffee.
