Dean was great in sales, no pressure at all. Katie was helpful and thorough with all of the paperwork made things very easy. Overall a good experience and would go back again in the future.

From the moment we stepped into Schieks we were so happy. We were looking for a destination trailer. Dean, our wonderful salesman, made it happen. We were greeted at the door with a friendly smile. He took us around the lot on a really cold Wisconsin morning and gave us a thorough tour of a couple of models. He was very knowledgeable. We had to go home and talk about possibly purchasing a trailer. Dean gave us no pressure to buy and could call with any questions. Well, we came back a second time and Dean remembered us. It was another cold day and we went to look at the trailer we wanted. Dean gave us a lot of time to look it over. We proceeded to go inside and do the paperwork for the sale. All staff made it so easy. Upon our delivery date we met Steve who delivered our trailer. We received the best delivery service ever! Steve was professional and proffecient. All our questions were answered and it was a job well done. What most impressed us was a follow up to see how we liked the trailer and if there were any problems. We would highly recommend Schieks to anyone who is interested in purchasing a trailer in the future.

Our experience was stellar. I'm not even sure where to start! Katie made it all possible for us. Thank you Katie for your outstanding customer service. They really cared about us. They delivered our new RV to our seasonal campsite and removed our old one. It wasn't an easy job and I totally admit that I'm very impressed. I give them 10 stars for how they placed our new camper along our deck exactly where we wanted it. We aren't spring chickens any more so it's nice to be taken care of.

The camper itself is fantastic! We have had a few issues with the transaction in regards to service and safety. They sent us out the door with unchecked weight distribution system and we had issues on the way home. Also had to negotiate a prearranged ladder addition. They agreed it would be included and they tried to ask for money to install it. This being said they did work on service recovery to make these issue right. They came and picked the camper up from our house to fix the problems . But its been a bumpy road in this transaction. We are hopeful for improved service from here on out. Fingers crossed!
