        Working in Memory Care has really changed my perspective on life and just how precious life is. The way Reflections staff take care of residents is truly amazing. Being in such a vulnerable point in ones life, it takes a very special team of staff that understand and commit their time to giving residents the best quality of life that they can. No matter the department I assist, theres always great support and the same mindset of prioritizing the residents and the environment they live day to day in. Management is just as involved and supports staff and residents too. The cleanliness and sanitary practices of this facility are apparent upon entering the building. No matter if someone is housekeeping or kitchen, the team collectively upkeeps the building and care of the residents. I look forward to my future with Reflections and cannot wait for what this new year of my employment brings.
