Had Dr Hermitanio for quite some time now and he gets straight to the point. Always helpful and personable. I'd highly recommend him.

I've been trying to get a new appointment from this doctor's office because I now have health insurance, I had canceled before because I lost the benefit. When I called in last week I was told that he's not accepting new patients. I called an external provider to set up an appointment but they needed a referral from Dr. Hermitanio. So today I called his office and was told that he is accepting new patients. But when the lady pulled up my file she put me on hold to talk to Dr. Hermitanio's nurse when she came back, she then told me that he is not accepting new patients. It is so frustrating!!! I needed to see a doctor because I can barely walk , my knee is swollen for months. I asked her to send me a referral that I can give to a new provider but she said since Dr. Hermitanio hasn't seen me yet they can't provide any. I don't recommend this doctor's office at all. They are not willing to help someone who's been suffering!!!
