Tremendously disappointed in the doctor as he has put our family into a major crisis. His office called me when I'm at my mother's funeral to tell me that my father has to go to a facility (my mother was his full-time caretaker). However, when I ask the doctor and his staff to fill out the form that I need to go to court for guardianship, he does not want to as he already filled out a lesser incapacitation form, which does nothing for our legal situation. I needed this guardianship form to go court so I can get control of this situation. Adult Protective Services also needed this form to remove my father from his house. 911 already had to be called my father fell in the driveway and couldn't get up. My father is blind with dementia and is trying to find the car keys to my mother's car so he can drive around town. This situation is out of control and has already cost me thousands of dollars. Sadly, it can only be stopped if this physician would have followed though and provided me with the documentation that I needed to go to court.

Dr Williams is very patient and kind. Listened to my concerns and had different ideas for my health concerns. I would highly recommend Dr Williams!!
