10/10 recommend working with Nick. He is very knowledgable of the local market and current economy and able to offer solid advice when purchasing real estate in the area. Nick was always timely in communication with email responses and able to jump on calls to further conversations and even better answer any questions I had. We worked with Nick in the past and very happy in our decision to work with him again. We will not only work with him in the future, but also recommend him to friends.

If you give Nations Lending the right tools, they will hands down get you into a home. They go to bat for you when you need them, they go above and beyond. I dealt with Nick Wurzer and Nick Carpiaux, which I hope are still available to help me when I'm ready to do this again.
