Lake Ford, Inc. Service

Lake Ford Service department has made it very difficult to work with. The attitude you get from the service advisors make you not want to go back. I have tried reaching out to the service manager and I am either put on hold for a long period or just don't hear back. I purchased my vehicle from them and the four service visit I have had, there has been something new occurring with my vehicle. First one was, oil change, filter wasn't tight enough which caused oil to leak and they also forgot to reinstall the oil filter cover. Second visit, trash from service was left underneath my hood after my services. Third visit, they wanted to charge me for an active recall which made my vehicle sound differently and run differently. I will no longer be returning and I suggest you all not going either. By the way, the expectation from them is for you to know everything about a car and not explain anything to you. There is a lady with blond hair and Brian that wont let you finish talking when your speaking.

Set a pickup time of 6:50 online and when we got there they said the doors were locked so they couldnt give us the keys.

This place is terrible. I waited an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change! I was even scheduled for an appointment not a walk in service. They are over inflated on pricing at $64 for a basic oil change. I ONLY went there because I bought a FORD and its under warranty and I wanted them to look at my battery and alternator and check the status of it while I got the oil change. THEY DIDNT CHECK ANYTHING. Then said they have no clue why my car wouldnt start and Id have to leave it there for at least a day. You can easily check an alternator or car starter. Or look at the battery levels. Please go elsewhere. They dont help you here Services: Auto battery maintenance, Oil change
