Its been 2years to go to Banfield Hospital in Greenfield WI. I like all vets but Im not happy about the way to run a business. They close when they dont have vets which its unacceptable! They should open the hospital like the sign says Mon through Fri 8-6. If I know about closing whenever they dont have staffs, I would not sign up the plan. I will not go back there after my plan expires!!

They are great. Take our 3 dogs and 4 cats. They love our pittys!

I whole-heartedly reccomend fellow pet lovers find a different vet. I took my cat here for two years, and severely regretted it. They repeatedly told me I should switch from my high quality kibble to Purina brand (wonder why, same parent company) even though I told them every time that I used to have my cat on Purina and it made her throw up multiple times a week. In order to treat my cat for pancreatitis, they gave my cat some drug without explaining anything about it to me. When my cat had an allergic reaction to it, and I told them, then they informed me: "oh, well it is a new medication." Real violation of consent. I signed up for their Wellness plan right after I rescued my cat since it seemed like a good alternative to pet insurance for a senior cat. What a mistake! Prices for visits + medication with their "plan" are comparable to what my partner pays for our other cat at a different pet, with no plan or insurance. To top things off, my cat has now passed away, and I cannot cancel the plan for the rest of the year. I am grieving my loss and still stuck paying for a Wellness plan that is now no freaking use to anyone. Except them, to line their pockets.
