        Yo I got a debt. Im aware. Im gonna pay it. When I can. Sadly thats how it became a debt. Because obviously I was not in a financial place to pay that original amount of money. Calling me and being a total being super rude. Telling me I should just pay it in the first place and overall trying to imply I am a low standard person and should figure out my life. All that. When your job is just to try to collect money Kinda crazy but hey I guess theres specific people for a job for a reason

        Tried to settle a debt and they won't even take my offer to the creditor, which is their job. Horrible service with zero negotiation.

        This company dragged me over the phone for over 15 minutes. Can not answer simple basic questions. They refuse to accept my payment a first for a collection agency.
