Would give a negative star if I could the company is so incompetent when it comes from getting your claims submitted they keep saying not enough proof date of service not on there. This company is so asinine when it comes to there customer service. I work in customer service, if I were to treat a customer like the way this company does I wouldn't have a job.

This company is the biggest hassle in the world you send them pictures that are clearly readable and anyone call tell its for a prescription but then they deny it and then they want to keep the money that doesn't get used I would definitely recommend not using this company. Furthermore there customer service department is of no help either.

I've been working with DBS for several years and they have offered amazing customer service to all my employees. We have a dedicated claims specialist and COBRA specialist that can answer all my questions and if any of my employees have any questions they can call into the customer service department. Things get resolved quickly.
